  15. HyperActive Software has recently completed Volume 2 of The Font Catalog, a
  16. printed reference of 100 Macintosh shareware and freeware fonts available from
  17. on-line services and local bulletin boards.  We have a very special offer for
  18. Macintosh User Groups which we think your members will be interested in knowing
  19. about. Please publish the enclosed press release in your group's newsletter and
  20. include the following information for your members:

  22. Any member of a Macintosh User Group who purchases our Font Catalog, Volume 2,
  23. may request up to five fonts from HyperActive Software. This is especially
  24. attractive for members who do not have a modem or access to on-line services.
  25. To obtain fonts, members must
  26.  
  27.        1) Purchase The Font Catalog and identify themselves AT THE TIME OF
  28. THEIR ORDER as members of a Macintosh User Group. Members must inclue the name
  29. of the Macintosh User Group to which they belong and enclose the $11.00 payment
  30. in full (checks are fine.)

  32.        2) Peruse the catalog, choose up to five fonts, and send a formatted,
  33. Macintosh 3.5" disk to HyperActive Software along with the names of the fonts
  34. they wish to obtain.

  36.        3) Include a self-addressed, return envelope with their request, stamped
  37. with the correct return postage. Font requests will be copied to their disk in
  38. Compactor compressed format. If a member needs the Compactor extraction
  39. utility, it will be included on their disk if they request it.

  41. Please note that these fonts are shareware fonts. HyperActive Software will
  42. distribute fonts to user group memebers at no charge, but this in no way
  43. absolves the member from paying the font author's requested shareware fee. Each
  44. font file includes the font author's name, address, and other information in an
  45. associated Read Me file.

  47. A limited number of copies of The Font Catalog, Volume 1 are still available
  48. and HyperActive Software will honor an additional five font requests, on a
  49. first-come, first-served basis, for members who also wish to purchase copies of
  50. this volume. This offer is not available to the general public and will not be
  51. advertised anywhere outside of AppleLink. If you have any questions, feel free
